Great Walks: Dartmoor & Exmoor

The wild and beautiful terrain of the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks offers visitors a superb opportunity for enjoyable walks of all kinds.  The spectacular scenery ranges from the rocky cliffs of the north Devonshire coast to the untamed Dartmoor.

Great Walks includes 23 of the best walks in the region, 14 across Dartmoor and 9 over Exmoor, ranging from short easy strolls to gruelling long distance treks.  The walks are all graded for difficulty and detailed maps and directions given for each.
