Please note: Saturday staff are predominantly youth, youth staff do not have access to the cash register for the purpose of refunds, as such they are unable to issue refunds on Saturday. They are able to process most exchanges and all other services apply, except refunds. In store returns for refunds can be done all other days (Mon-Fri).
