Cotswold Images

A limestone plateau with a distinct architectural heritage, fields demarked by dry- stone walls, boundaries rounded off by beech- wooded escarpments.  Since the Middle Ages, when their sheep made them the commercial heart of England, the Cotswold hills have attracted visitors and inspired strong feelings from those who live amongst them.  They offer the visitor  a view of bygone England and show themselves to be a jewel in the crown of this months heritage.
